Leadership Iowa charges a tuition fee. In addition, participants are responsible for lodging and travel. Generally, it’s been our experience that employers are not only willing, but eager to underwrite the cost. They know the benefits of sending employees through the program far outweigh the expense.

Leadership Iowa is a premier issues-awareness program promoting leadership within Iowa. We educate, challenge and inspire our participants to bring out their inherent quality to "point the way." The ultimate goal is to instill passion in our current and emerging leaders while fostering a high level of civic engagement.
